Kyouya's Notebook

Who would have imagined how busy High School can get when you are secretly running Vice President in a club with as many members as the Host Club. Also, final exams have sprung upon many of the members, but I do believe we shall be trying to have some time together over the upcoming winter break.

It's certianly gotten colder around here, but I suppose that means we'll just have to get even closer to our customers to keep each other warm. I'll see about having Haruhi serve warm drinks such as hot cocoa and apple cider and perhaps Honey-senpai can recommend some warm treats.

I'll also make sure to keep the club's medicine cabinet well stocked as so many become prone to illness in this weather.

I have returned from my trip with Ranka-san, and since the twins insisted, I did bring presents back, though with the way the two of them are acting I hardly belive they deserve their gifts. I had a few people take photo's of me, as aparently I was very similar in looks to the character (I even had one girl "glomp" me...) but I had to ask them to stop as any photos should be exclusive to our customers. *hands a few preview pictures out* You may buy the full album soon.

Things have become quite hectic around here what with the twins fighting, Tamaki being in America still, myself having caught a bit of the bug that was going around after the convention, and Mr. Fujioka getting the twins er..drunk. I hope things straighten back out soon, I fear it will tarnish the image of our club.

Also, during the convention, I had to bring in a few members of the family police force after noticing a few unauthorized copies of some of our photo albums and some "doujinshi" comics showing some of the club members in...situations that none of us would ever get ourselves into. Well, except maybe Hikaru and Kaoru...

I'm afraid I will be unavailable for most of the rest of this weekend. It seems that Renge-sama wishes to take me to some sort of convention. At first I declined because I need to help Tamaki mangage the club, (and we still have much work to do to get ready for our first Event) but my father wishes me to escort her since it seems that her father made some comment to my father about it. Not only that, but I will be dressed up as the main character from that game that Renge-sama seems to be so attached to.

I apologize for the sudden notice about my departure. Renge-sama does inform me that these conventions are rather popular so I suppose there is the chance I will see some of you there.

At the very least, perhaps I can pick up some ideas of how to improve our Host Club.

It would seem that I loose track of time quite easily. My apologizes, I was off on a trip, taking care of some ruffians who were disturbing the Ootori private beach in Okinawa, and I had to make a round at our indoor spa to make sure everything was operational for this the hottest month of the year in most countries in the Northern Hemisphere. It seems that Tamaki has taken charge as his title of President allows him to, and done a more proper write up of rules and regulations in for the online extension of the host club. We now have a growing member base, and I would like to say a fond hello to all, and an even fonder hello to those of you who have chosen to designate me as your personal host. Let's see where everyone stands shall we?

I still haven't found my glasses, and have been too busy with inspections to request the family optometrist to get a more current presciption for me.

As a first event for the online extension of our Host Club, the members have decided to do a play. We're still in the process of deciding what play to do and it seems that there are lots of idea, a *ahem* rather unique suggestion from the twins, and a very practical suggestion from Haruhi. I'm going to do some research on some traditional no and kabuki plays and see if there are any that the school has not done for a recent culture festival or that has been performed by the drama club.

I also need to research how to get bumper car grease out of clothing.

In other club related news, Tamaki and I have opened up an admin community to better maintain the club. One of our first order's of business will be to discuss the layout for the club, though we are of course open to suggestions if there are any, reasonable suggestions that is. *eyes the twins*

My apologies for my absence. I proclaimed that members of the Host Club would post at least once every two weeks in their journals and it seems that I am the first to begin to slack off. I will make no excuses, instead I will bring you information about the ljouran's first Event. I'm in discussion with princely_tamaki to have a play as our first event. I'd like to lay Alice in Wonderland down on the table as an option with a possible cast list including Haruhi as the lead, Kaoru and Hikaru as Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dee, Hunni-senpai as the White Rabbit, Renge-san as the Queen of Hearts, Mori-senpai as the Chessire Cat, and Tamaki and myself as the Mad Hatter and Marsh Hare respectively. I am of course open to other suggestions.

A source of mine recently informed me that many celebrities have online journals or "blogs" in which they post activities that they have been participating in lately as a way to stay in touch with their fans. After a discussion with President Tamaki (princely_tamaki) we decided it was time for the Ouran High Host Club to extend it's reach to the world wide web.

We apparently have fans as far as France and America and many fans here in Japan who are unable to attend our prestigious school but would still like the benefits that our special club offers. To those fans, I present ljouran. The LiveJouran Host Club Community. From there you may talk with all the members of our club, and also stay in touch with your prefered host by reading their personal journal. (I've set a challege for Haruhi, if she he can get 30 friends to watch his personal journal then we'll decrease the debt that Haruhi owes the club for that broken vase.)
